Antique love
So I think these pics may be huge but wanted to share some new and old stuffs, lol. First up: I wore this on my wedding day many moons ago, but my Mom just recently gave me a lot of pieces that belonged to my great grandma. This is an OEC diamond pin/pendant in platinum. Next pic is not the best, more of a perspective shot but I just bought this .54 carat G/Si Moval cut in rose gold from the lovely Jewels by Grace. The Rose gold blends right into my skin and I love the look of the diamond just floating there. And Grace is just as lovely as I expected her to be.

RE: Antique love
And...

Just bought this lovely moissy rose cut, singlestone replica:

And next to that is a deco, platinum and rose cut diamond (G, si2, 1.54ctw) that I had to own after falling in love with rose cuts. It is hefty, and I loves it, lol.

@stardust rose cuts are new to me, too! I always thought they were kind of glassy but in person, the diamond is really sparkly. Doesn't photograph well. Like its owner, lol. Actually, the ring in general looks much more delicate in person. The moissy has more color and is much more goth looking or something. May be because it is in an oxidized bezel, too. Not sure.
