FB Pear Bezel ring
I jumped on this one when the price dropped on DB. Had my eye on it for awhile.

So... I love the pear shape. LOVE it! Like next to the krupps, this has been my favorite shape on me.

Love the size of this stone -- 10x7mm. It's perfect! Excellent finger coverage without making my hand look blobby or without overwhelming or seeming huge. <-- I don't know if any of that makes sense. Like it still looks big without looking like a HUGE honker. kwim??

It's currently set in 14k WG low profile bezette type setting originally from Schubachs. I love the setting for now, but I do plan on resetting it. What or how is uncertain, but as is it's still great and totally practical for me. I can deal with WG as long as I keep up the rhodium plating.

The stone is an FB moissy, but here is where I'm uncertain. The color of this one is very odd. It looks dazzling white and amazing in certain lights and a little minty in others. I'm hoping resetting will help the color as I'm not planning a bezel setting.

ok..

specs again:
size 6.5
14k WG
10x7 FB Pear Moissanite

Oh la la!! Me likey!!! Pears make lovely solitaires. Do you have any idea in what setting you'll reset it in? I think it photographs really well, fwiw. Congrats on another ring!

Hubba, hubba, Lorrissey! It looks gorgeous on you.

I see warmth but not mint in your indoor photos. Here, look at my monitor screen. How different is it from real life?

Sharp mind, soft belly.

Oh, Lorrissey.

I think it is perfection as is, but I like your other ideas too!
I am feeling decidedly jealous-like pangs, it just looks so pretty on your hand!

My co-worker sees yellow in it which I don't see at all. I see a minty hue... but I could be uber looking for it too. And I am taking into consideration my gross minty yellowy green walls in my cubicle and the green walls at home. Oddly at home, it looks blazingly white.
