She posted on wedding bee too. The cut does look like moiss, but it is so hard to tell in a pic. Where are all those people on the bee now?!?! You know the ones that swear they can spot it from across the room, lol.

Haha. I know.

I think it looks like a poorly cut diamond.

One day, I'll be a crazy old lady weighed down by all my baubles and it will be glorious.

I know, they are silent now, like they missed the thread. But really, they have no idea, lol.

It looks like that too.

Moissanite has much more sparkle and brilliance. I say funky cut diamond.

I just added my two cents there. Wow, that's a cloudy stone. And grayer than even my old school Moissy. I wonder if those things are due to dirt/oil and photography?

I say low clarity diamond. Or the worst would be if she paid $2K for a sapphire or quartz. I hope that didn't happen to her.

Sharp mind, soft belly.

Sapphire and quartz wouldn't have tested as diamond so I think she's ok there. I bet a little cleaning would help too.

IMO, it's a heavily included diamond. The inclusions create the cloudiness. There are plenty of diamonds on eBay like that.
