Mucho big clean-out
Hi, guys: the Temptation Fairy got my number this week (stackers! an Edwardian dinner ring! MAH BUCKET LIST!), so I need to make up for it ... figure a few of my Dream Objects are totally worth the time and effort of rehoming all of those things that I've had hanging around indefinitely but just don't seem to wear anymore.

I generally post on LoupeTroop, here: http://loupetroop.com/users/Circe

....

... but apparently I insulted LoupeTroop's mother without realizing it, because for the last two days, that site has been messing with me, to the point that I put a rush on that Etsy shop I'd been planning on starting (which will eventually be Stuff Circe Makes, as opposed to Stuff Circe is Cleaning Out, but first there needs to be a massive photo-shoot). The Etsy shop is here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/OtherwiseEngaged

Stuff I'm Planning to Include But Haven't Listed Yet Because I Wasted Too Much Time Futzing Around With a Site That Wasn't In The Mood:

- Roughly one carat total weight heart-shaped amethyst studs in 14K settings, $50

- an 8mm pearl pendant with a 14k white gold bail, $50

- high-karat gold ruby-and-sapphire dangles which can be sold as a set for earrings, or separately if the buyer desires - $175 each separately, $300 for the pair. (I'd normally be more specific than just "high karat gold," but my little gold testing kit ran out of juice and I'm waiting for the replacement I ordered to come in. I do remember them being up there, but I'm pricing them like they're not.)

- Delicate sterling silver crescent moon necklace and earrings, purchased from The American Craftsman for a couple of hundred about a decade ago - $30 for the pendant, $40 for the earrings, $60 for both together.

- Moonstone and sterling Etruscan revival style earrings, $30.

- 14k gold flower-shaped pendant with emerald "petals" and a diamond heart, $150

- Delicate little black mother-of-pearl cameo set n 14K WG, $120

- Lucky gold elephant, $50

- 14k yellow gold and jade (nephrite) oval studs rimmed with a twisted rope pattern.

- a great many silver and CZ rings, most of 'em around $15 or so.

There's a bunch more stuff in the pipeline. Please don't hesitate to ping me if there's something you're interested: I'm happy to take offers on any or all of these.

Seriously - and this is a general thing you're reminding me about, not pressure on you in the slightest - all y'all, feel free to make me offers! On another board, I heard somebody say that in their experience, unless you set your asking price within 10% of whatever price the other person had in mind was, they would never make an offer. As a long-term aficionado of flea markets, that is so foreign to me! Offer away! The worst case scenario is haggling, right? Smile

Kanga, I swear, if I ever come across a lucky golden 'roo, I am going to make sure it comes your way. And, thank you!

JuBe, I sent you a PM ... two, actually, when I realized I was too much of a Luddite to figure out how to attach photos in PMs on here. Sad

And, for all the rest of y'all ... figured I should maybe link some of the more interesting pices:

- 7mm OctaCZ earrings in Wink's double u-prong settings, 14k white gold: http://loupetroop.com/listings/earrings/...g-settings

- a 12mm OEC in an octagonal vintage reproduction ring: https://www.etsy.com/listing/153636347/o...ome_active

- and some bezeled moissy's, custom-made 14k YG bezels with screwbacks: https://www.etsy.com/listing/152845201/m...ome_active
