That is an amazing photo! I love the rings. They have a unique look.

One day, I'll be a crazy old lady weighed down by all my baubles and it will be glorious.

RE: My original wedding set
Thanks!! Bound to get one good photo out of about 40, lol.

It was hand made by this old Italian jeweler that has know my DH's family for decades. It is not quite as refined, metalworking wise, as I like now. But since finding forum and the jewelers that go with them, I am a snob, lol. It is very well made and solid though!! The set is over 13 grams, and I LOVE the weight of it.

I have thought of modifying it, for a bigger stone, but I am just too attached to it as it is.

Here is a handshot that I have saved.

I like it a lot the way it is, I wouldn't modify it... ever!

I can now. So weird! I've noticed that photos don't always show up when I click on links. But if I leave the site and come back, poof, they are there Tongue

It is beautiful.
I agree, don't change it! Whilst we may learn and grow in terms of our sparkle loves, the original will always be special.

I get distracted by shiny things

I agree Shiny Smile It will always be super special to me and it is still really beautiful and sparkly. It just isn't maybe what I would choose now, which I feel like a jerk for saying, lol. But, maybe even what I am choosing now won't be my ideal in 10 years... who knows. As long as I love each piece and feel a connection to them, I will always love them and wear them. I may just want something new as well, lol!

RE: My original wedding set
I think it's a beautiful set. You just like daintier rings nowadays Smile

By daintier I am excluding the fact that you like 9mm + stones Wink
