NEW - CADs are in - Thinking of resetting my 3 stone diamond OEC
Hide

I love the stone and I wear it as a wedding set with the antique engraved band but would love to have a bezel set ring to wear as RHR. DK will probably be who I go with since James Meyer will not work with customer's stones. David has done some very nice bezel rings.

Here she is next to my leaf ring. The diamond OEC is about 7mm and 1.25ct so could be a nice center for a bezel 3 stone. So what to do 3 stone with colored sides? Diamond sides? Or just an interesting solitaire?

Please post any ideas or ones you have seen that you love.

I like the next to last one - you could use the large diamond as the center stone and then work in the two hearts as side diamonds where the little round ones are...

Thanks Michele. I guess I should have added that I am not going to use the hearts since the color difference is pretty obvious irl.

But that is an idea for that one. Aren't they kinda big though? .15 pointers each.

I like it when the three stones are really close together. I think sapphire oecs would be cool. Would moissy oecs match. What are you going to do with the hearts? The first one is a link :p

Honestly while the new idea of resetting would be great, I really love the heart sides. But I am a huge heart shape fan. However, I do like the last setting option the best if you go away from the heart sides.

Yea if the color difference is that obvious, I don't think I would use them.

I think I am a more organic rather than sleek type girl. Ginger I know you love this ring just the way it is. I guess I want a bit more umph in a RHR and since I cannot afford to buy what I really want. Sad This will be an adventure for me. I have a bit of $ from selling my stuff and can probably afford to have this done. The little hearts might be available if someone wants them or DK will probably buy them because I will have no use for them.

Eek I really like this one... That center is 1.04 and I could put rubies in the sides!
