New earrings
Hello my lovelies!

I am needing new ear bling for this new job, the 1cttw don't cut it anymore!!

I am thinking of going 2cttw, I'm even tempted to go higher lol, but I should see first what that looks like on my ear...

So, any suggestions on settings for larger earrings. I tend to gravitate towards bezels as they don't catch on my long hair but am open to suggestions!

Any views on going bigger than 2cttw?

Haven't decided on yellow or white gold either

Thanks!Heart

RE: New earrings
I think 7mm is each ear looks good on me, 7.5mm is fine too... 8mm is kinda huge, lol. I also love bezel studs, they are just so easy. Or low set baskets. Metal... I can't wear white gold, but do like white metal so that the prongs just fade away. Yellow would be pretty though for a bezel if you want the metal to show!

RE: New earrings
I agree with @jenncent on the metal colors! I like yellow gold for stand-out bezels, and white gold for prongs that functionally "fade away" for that floating gem look.

As for sizes, I have no idea, lol! My 1 cttw moissy studs feel like they're plenty big to me... but maybe I'll change my mind one day in the future! I feel like over 2 cttw, I prefer the look of drop earrings over studs, but studs are so much easier to wear for me.

I have 6mm each milgrain bezels. Perfect and never take them off!

I own 5mm studs but never wear them because I'm uncomfortable in anything larger than my 4mm studs. Does that help you? Crackup

I can, however, definitively vote for yellow gold and mean it with no sarcasm at all.

Sharp mind, soft belly.

7mm would be more than adequate- and I also vote for yellow... strange as I have been a white gold girl for so long, but am loving yellow at the moment!

I get distracted by shiny things

Thanks !!

So 7mm is 3cctw right? Omg! Jawdrop

Ok my next step is buy cheapies at that size!!

I want moissy and want it to look as white as possible, not sure I should fork out for FBs, how is the regular rough like right now?? This is why I'm not sure about getting yellow gold either....

Decisions decisions!!!

7mm are 1.25 each so 2.5ctw for earrings, which I still think is a fairly jawdropping size. Smile

RE: New earrings
Def a good size I think! Wink Most people seem pretty happy the the new rough unenhanced. I have not heard of anyone getting it and saying it was too tinted in the RB. Moissy always looks whitest in white metal though imo.
