Parting with my other baby
Short story: I'm having this ring remade with diamonds from another ring. Scroll down if you want to read the long version, I don't want to subject everyone to my ramblings!
Details:
18k YG
Size 7.5
Full eternity
3mm OEC moissies (ring is 3.4mm wide so great presence on the finger)
Engraving on sides
Asking $2000 for it
Ask me any questions you may have!
Also the other ring in this picture is also up for sale

Long version of the story: this was my anniversary gift from hubby, my mom also gave me an eternity ring for my anniversary. It was white gold(which I'm allergic to) and the diamonds aren't OECs (which I've become super snobby about) and aren't the best quality stones so it has just sat neglected in my jewelry box. Fast forward to last month, my mom is hospitalized and put on life support. She is slowly recovering but they don't know what happened and therefore can't prevent it from happening again, and her preexisting medical conditions have been exacerbated by all of this. I've been wearing the eternity from her on my right hand in place of the OEC eternity because I'm suddenly all emotional about everything relating to mom. I was starting to really miss wearing OEC eternity, but didn't want to take te diamond one off, and can't rock two blingy eternities..so hubby suggested since I have to get the diamond eternity set into something besides white gold, why not recreate bezel eternity and use thestones from my mom's ring and then I'll have a piece of both of these rings in one, and won't feel conflicted about which to wear. So there we have it. Sorry for the novel!

Sparkly eye candy found at thefacetlounge.com!

I'll dig up his email and check but if I remember correctly he said it would be difficult to resize

So sorry to hear about your mom.....

you should not resize eternities as it would compromise it.

Such gorgeous rings..........

RE: Parting with my other baby
Ok so I looked through my emails with DK and he said it cannot be easily resized.
With this ring and the other ring I posted I would avoid resizing..

@kangaroocrazy I have a 3-stone from poppy that I'm having moissy OECs put into. 7.5mm center and 3mm sides so its more like a solitaire with sidestones.
