Question about cleaning
I am OCD about......well most everything and I clean my rings daily with a soft toothbrush and dawn. Very gently. Can this be damaging to the stone? I have moissanite. Thanks :-)

RE: Question about cleaning
don't ask me. I just immerse them in really hot water with dish soap. I laugh in the face of danger.

LOL, Star...

No, you can't hurt it with a baby tooth brush and dawn. Smile

RE: Question about cleaning
LOL. No I meant I put them in a dish with dish soap and heat water to just about boiling at which point I pour it over the rings. I've been informed this may be a poor choice, but it works for me!

So I was really saying, don't ask me. I have bad habits. Wink

RE: Question about cleaning
The thing with hot water is that if it is too hot, it can cause thermal shock and crack the stone. So hot, but still touchable, is what I would recommend. Smile
