Quirky things
I'm SO happy with this new set. For a lot of reasons I'm just so so pleased.
For one thing, it's the closest I've come to my original ering. Heart
I LOVE the stones.
I love the feel of the ring on, even though it's a little light for my taste. It's very sturdy so that's a bonus.
But the best part ever? Both bands are really thin and slightly large. My rings clink together and make the noise my grandmother's rings make. It's one of my favorite sounds on earth and my rings have never, ever done that. I seriously am tearing up thinking about it.
ALSO, it does the celebrity thing I love-but just a bit. It falls to the side!
I was looking around to get an eternity band, but I think I'll just live happily with it the way it is now. Heart

What random and quirky things do you love about your rings?

RE: Quirky things
I think my RINGS think I'm quirky. Angel

If you say the word "quirky" about 20 times out loud, it starts to sound like a sound an animal/bird would make....instead of sounding like a word. I just tried it. Guess that makes me quirky. Insane

I like to hear the jingling - twinkling - clinking of jewelry Big Grin bracelets and rings, too! Big Grin Used to love to hear my grandfather that raised me, jingle the change in his pockets - which he did all the time! Heart awww I miss him so much Heart

RE: Quirky things
I cannot seem to take off my recently passed away mom's tri-color rolling ring. I love twirling it around when I am stressed or bored. Now to find the solitaire setting for the new OEC that compliments it without overwhelming my finger. I actually have callouses from pulling rings on and off. Omg I'm bad.
I like the clinking sound too but fear the damage from the stone swinging around like that.

RE: Quirky things
Thank you. It's been rough especially since my dad passed away 5 weeks before mom. Tough year. Getting some retail therapy to help the depression. LSparkles help a bit. Thought a Moissy stone from the "sky" would make me think of the sky and heaven (meteorites and all). Smile
