Should I Two Tone This!?
I have been thinking about two-toning my tapered radiant yellow stone ring. I still don't think the center stone is yellow enough for me in certain lighting. I know that if you put yellow gold around a yellow stone that it really makes it pop! SO I was going to get the center basket portion gold plated. This isn't a piece I wear all the time, and I will probably swap out the center stone with something else down the line.

I am confused if plating is the right way to go OR if I should get the ring re-casted with actual YG in the center. If I go plating will it last??

Huh. I don't know if you can plate just part of the ring like that. Good question.

I'd probably get a new head though, personally.

I'd get a new head if that's an option. But yes, yellow gold and make that baby pop!

I would do the head swap. I just did one with my rose gold solitaire.

One day, I'll be a crazy old lady weighed down by all my baubles and it will be glorious.
