What would be fun to raffle at a wedding?
We are having a small (50 ppl) sit down dinner for a few hours of our wedding. I'm coming up with a fun activity, where people are given "raffle type tickets" which they can combine to make requests - as a way to get people talking. Each person will get two tickets. I'm thinking 3 tickets to get the bride & groom to kiss, 20 to give a toast. BUT I don't have other ideas for what they could use the tickets for.

Can you help?! PLEASEEE!!Cow

some nice kitchen things? like Le creuset mugs, they are like $20 each. Or a nice cork screw or silicon cooking utensils. Or movie passes, or a subscription to a magazine. A spa package..or some groupons.

Is this what you mean?

Sorry, the "raffle" topic may have been misleading. I want to raffle off more amorphous things, the two I've thought of are "bride and groom kiss" and "give a toast"

Maybe it's more like bucks you can spend to buy something... you know?

a professional pic of them and their date with your photographer? I was at a wedding where they did that, and then emailed the image when they got it. I liked it a lot!! Everyone got a nice pic all dressed up. Smile

A mother-father kiss from your parents and/or his. Will you have grandparents with you? Grandma-grandpa kisses are so sweet, they could be worth a higher ticket amount.

Are you doing a sit down dinner or buffet? You could raffle the first table to go to the buffet after the wedding party.

Sharp mind, soft belly.

These are good ideas!! THANKS! We are having a sit down dinner, five courses. So I also thought this was something that would get the whole table (one long table, 50 guests) involved when someone wants to "turn their tickets in"
